MRC offers a complete range of artwork, design, duplication and manufacturing services. Duplication runs of up to 200 units are undertaken in-house whilst pressing of 1,000+ units is undertaken by the UK’s largest independent manufacturing plant.

We offer design and manufacture for a variety of packaging formats including: Card Wallet; CardPak; Amaray Case; D-Pak; J-Card and Jewel Case. CD/DVD onbody is available in UV-fast photo-res inkjet for runs up to 200 and as high-resolution litho for runs of 1,000+. Jewel case booklets come as 4+1 folded standard, but up to 16 page 4+4 stapled can easily be accommodated, with special requirements available upon request. Units can be EAN bar-coded, with over-wrapping as an option for standard jewel cases.

We hold an account with the world’s largest stock photo agency and can supply royalty-free jpgs, vector maps and artwork from a catalogue of over 15,000,000 images. We can arrange specially discounted rates with Really Nice Photography and can work with whatever artwork and images you provide. High resolution scanning is provided free of charge. We layout to commercial CMYK film separation spec using CorelDraw X3, which enables us to interface seamlessly with our manufacturer. PDF proofs are emailed to clients for approval at all design stages and full mock-ups are provided before manufacturing runs.

Larger runs are invariably cheaper per unit than smaller runs - from as little as £0.69 per 80 minute CD with 4+1 booklet, 4+0 backliner, jewel case and overwrap for orders of 1,000 and more (price includes glass mastering, match-proof and courier delivery). Please note that the smallest manufacturing run involving glass mastering and film that can be undertaken is 1,000 units.
